Austin has such a special place in our hearts so we knew it would be our first destination after leaving “home”. We settled into the Sunset RV Resort in Bee Cave for its proximity to Hamilton Pool Nature Preserve and nearness to family and friends in the area.
In just under a week, we spent some great time with loved ones, dined at Verde’s Mexican Parilla (incredible food with awesome enclosed amphitheater play area) and Proof & Cooper (the best fried chicken and biscuits), played at the Thinkery, hiked down to the beautiful Texas gem of Hamilton Pool, and started settling in to life on the road.
